Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Options and Rates
• Economy Shipping: $7.50 (Delivery in 5-8 business days)
• Standard Shipping: $10.50 (Delivery in 3-4 business days)

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Damaged or Lost Items
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@shopgoodroot.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged item in your email.
• If your shipment is lost in transit, contact us at support@shopgoodroot.com so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
• As we currently ship only within the United States, there are no customs fees for our shipments.
